About

Done By Dinner is where I share the kind of food I wish I had years ago — simple meals that work in real life, not just on a glossy cooking show.

For a long time, cooking felt impossible. I’d come home exhausted, stare into the fridge, and end up ordering something last-minute. It was convenient, but definitely not healthy. My energy tanked, the stress piled up, and slowly the extra weight showed up too.

One day I finally said stop. Not because I suddenly loved cooking, but because something had to change.

So I began experimenting with food that felt realistic:

  • meals I could make between meetings
  • dinners that didn’t require 30 ingredients
  • lunches that didn’t leave me sleepy at 3 PM
  • comfort food that wasn’t loaded with guilt

Done By Dinner isn’t just a collection of recipes — it’s how I plan meals in a way that makes life easier, healthier, and so much less stressful.

And Done By Dinner isn’t about perfection.
It’s about making good food without overthinking it.

If you’ve ever felt:

  • too busy to cook
  • overwhelmed by healthy eating
  • stuck choosing between fast food and starvation…
    you’re in the right place.

I cook the way busy people need to cook: practically, quickly, and with enough flexibility that life doesn’t fall apart.

We’re cooking to feel better — not just to eat.
